A forward-looking identity

To ensure its competitiveness, Mazagan City Center made the conscious decision to invest in a modern approach, envisioning a city oriented towards professions that are based on innovation and expertise. Thus, the designers of the urban center were careful to ensure adequate services with the needs of the target population in mind. Their strategy is based on specialization, and will manifest itself mainly through the creation of “knowledge hotspots”. These research and development centers, science and/or technology parks, business incubators, and other business centers will continue to add real value to this new, innovative city.

Mazagan City Center thus expects to distinguish itself from most of the other Moroccan urban centers by becoming a bastion of innovation and expertise, both catalyzers of economic development.
