A strategic position on the Atlantic coast, between El Jadida and Azemmour.

Charting the way towards balanced urban development

A strategic location

Located 90 km southwest of Casablanca and Mohammed V International Airport, the site chosen for Mazagan City Center occupies a strategic position on the Atlantic seaboard, between El Jadida and Azemmour. El Jadida is a port city located to the south and is home to 150,000 people. Historically, it was heavily influenced by Portuguese and Moroccan culture. Azemmour, which is four times smaller, is situated on the banks of the Oum Rabia oued and was once a prime location for shad fishing.

Accessible via national route 1, which connects all the port cities of the Atlantic seaboard, Mazagan City Center will also be connected to Highway A5, which runs between Safi and Casablanca, and the railroad to Jorf Lasfar, the largest ore port in Africa.

Another major advantage of Mazagan City Center’s location is its proximity to the coastal forests of the Mazagan Resort. A seven-kilometer-long span of exceptional landscapes with the ocean only a few steps a way, all bathed in the gentle aroma of eucalyptus and a salty breeze.
