Mazagan City Center project involves…

• An investment of US$500 million (project planning by SAEDM).
• A 1300-hectare area, including 186 hectares of main roads, 303 hectares of green spaces and 180 hectares of land reserve. The remaining 622 hectares will be used for the other components of the project – the residential area, the academic center, the research and innovation zone, the touristic, cultural and sports amenities, the areas for tertiary activities, etc.
• A population of 134,000 by 2034.
• Development set started in 2017.
