The eco-districts concept

The “city of tomorrow” will consist of four eco-districts. While each of the urban cores will possess with its own equipment and local services, they will also have unique identities.

Core A, in the south, will focus primarily on research, innovation, and academic facilities. Core B will be located at the center of the city, with a large commercial complex, providing the general activities of the site.

Located next to this meeting place, Core C will be dedicated to health and wellbeing, with the installation of specialized clinics in particular. The fourth space will include an exhibition area, shops, hotels and a Mazagan campus (compagnies offices for OCP / Jesa, University Mohammed VI Polytechnique and business incubator).
