Public-Private partnerships

Encouraged by the Ministry of Housing and Municipal Policy, the Mazagan City Center is fully consistent with the State's intention to develop city centers throughout the country. It is the result of the vision of the OCP Group and the Ministry of Economy and Finance via the Department of State Property.

To ensure its success and to create the necessary conditions to attract new investors, OCP Group and the Department of State Property chose to work with both public and private support. This bipartite involvement, which meets the Grand El Jadida’s strategic expansion goals, relies on a strong organization and funding model. The development of each project component will be subject to specific partnerships.
