A sustainable city with a singular vocation.

A sustainable city

Human dynamics of modern life

The Mazagan City Center declares its singular vocation loud and clear, defending the idea that a city cannot be sustainable without social, professional, and generational diversity. In the long term, populations from diverse backgrounds will be inclined to co-exist.

To encourage the integration and the co-existence to which all aspire, the project designers were resolute in emphasizing social cohesion. In their opinion, an increase in public spaces is single-handedly responsible for establishing a social connection.

The Mazagan City Center will therefore be open to the proliferation of wealth in terms of housing, services, and businesses. A sporting area, with a stadium and a race track, a hotel complex, an archeological site, or even an edutainment facility will support this desire for eclecticism.
